Accessibility

Are there accessible toilets and changing facilities?

Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium. Additionally, a Changing Places facility is accessible via MLAK key, providing enhanced amenities for those with high support needs.  Find more information here: Changing Places

Can I bring my wheelchair / walker to the event?

Yes, you are permitted to bring a wheelchair or walker. Wheelchair users will need to ensure they have bought into appropriate PWD seating. Patrons with walkers will be able to store their walkers close to their seating.

Can I bring my motorised scooter to the event?

We are working through plans for motorised scooters. Details will be published in final Accessibility Plans for the event.

Are there services for patrons with hearing impairments?

Hearing Assistance via Audio Loop Suncorp Stadium has hearing assistance in the form of an audio loop throughout the venue.  To use the audio loop patrons in the venue will need to:   Connect to the. Suncorp Stadium FREE WiFi network.  Download the Listen Everywhere app opens in a new tab Open the App and connect your hearing device (this may require bluetooth)  

Can I bring my assistance dog?

Assistance dogs are welcome at Suncorp Stadium. Please ensure your dog is appropriately identified and inform the stadium in advance to accommodate seating arrangements. Contact Suncorp Stadium at (07) 3331 5000 or email info@suncorpstadium.com.au. Please note, Support dogs/dogs without appropriate certification will not be permitted.

Does Suncorp Stadium offer a Quiet Room?

Yes, a Quiet Room is located on Level 3 inside Gate A. It provides a calm space with adjustable lighting and sensory items for those needing a break from the event environment.

Can I bring medical equipment to the event?

Yes you may bring in medical equipment you require, however to ensure fast entry please contact the Stadium on (07) 3331 5000 or email info@suncorpstadium.com.au to have this added to the medical register provided to the staff at entry points.

How can I see where accessible seating is?

To view the location of accessibility seats, toilets and lifts, please view the Stadium Map and select the Accessibility filter: STADIUM MAP

How do I book Accessible Tickets?

Online You can now purchase Accessible Tickets online. Select your preferred show date here and then simply click on the Accessible filter to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event.   You can also submit an accessible booking request here: Ticketek Accessible Booking Form.  Call Us   Call 1300 665 915, Ticketek's Accessible Ticket booking line if you require additional support in completing your booking. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (AEDT).

What public transport options are there including accessible options?

The stadium is accessible via train and bus services. Milton and Roma Street stations are the closest train stations, both offering accessible facilities, and are approximately 15 minutes by foot from the venue. Is accessible parking available at Suncorp Stadium?

Yes, Suncorp Stadium offers a very limited amount of PWD parking on Castlemaine and Cordova Streets for holders of Queensland and Australian Disability Parking Permits.  Please note that having an accessibility ticket does not guarantee a parking space at the Stadium. Due to the high demand and limited availability, parking spaces are allocated through a lottery system to give everyone a fair chance.  Queensland and Australian Disability Parking Permit holders can enter the lottery, and those selected will be notified one month prior to the event.  On the day, staff will be stationed on Castlemaine, Cordova, and Chippendall Streets to assist patrons with disabilities in accessing the Stadium.  Enter the PWD parking lottery here: PWD Parking Lottery Form

How do I book a Companion Card ticket?

If you hold a government issued Companion Card, you may be eligible for a complimentary ticket for your companion to assist you in attending The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Brisbane 2026.  *Please note a full priced Ticket must be selected when redeeming a Companion Card ticket.  Watch this video for full instructions: How to: Book a Companion Card ticket

What support is available for patrons with hidden disabilities?

Suncorp Stadium participates in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program. Patrons can wear a Sunflower lanyard to discreetly indicate they may need additional assistance.   Read more here: Sunflower Program.  The venue has prepared a Visual Story to help planning your trip to Suncorp Stadium. What are the closest public parking options?

Suncorp Stadium is a public transport destination. On event days, parking restrictions will apply in the local area surrounding the Stadium. Limited parking is available at the following public car parks close by: Secure Parking The Barracks Darling and Co Car Park (limited) Wilson Parking Milton Green Car Park Please be advised that we strongly recommend parking is booked in advance to guarantee a spot. If you turn up on the day without a prior booking it is unlikely you will be able to secure paid parking near Suncorp Stadium. As public transport is an easy way to get to the venue and the cost is included in the ticket price, we encourage you to catch public transport to and from the event.

Is public transport free with my ticket?

Yes, public transport is the best way to get to Suncorp Stadium and is included FREE with your event ticket on all Queensland Rail City Network (excluding Airtrain & Ferries) and all Transport for Brisbane Bus Services. Additional Special Event Shuttle Buses will run on the night of the event from The City and Suburban hubs to compliment regular scheduled services.

Is there a drop-off/pick-up zone for accessible transport?

Yes, Suncorp Stadium offers two accessible drop-off points for maxi-taxis and cars carrying people with a disability. These are located at the northern end of the venue on Caxton Street, next to the LED sign, and on Castlemaine Street near Chippendall Street.

What types of accessible seating are available?

Will there be assistance to get to my seat on the day?

There will be additional customer service support and event volunteers to support patrons, including those in wheelchairs, to get to their seats.
